The Nelson Sports Complex Pool (NSC) features include lap pool, diving well with 2 diving boards, 2 water slides, baby pool, adult area & concession stand.

Plum Grove Pool (PGP)
Want the comfort of a small community pool feel? Then Plum Grove Pool is a great option. This pool features a 25 meter lap pool with diving well, and a baby pool. There’s also great space on the terrace to entertain and socialize with your family and friends.

Pool Closings
The pool will be closed for public swimming if the air temperature is under 68 degrees as recorded atRolling Meadows on www.weather.com, or at the manager’s discretion based on inclement weather, low attendance, or unusual circumstances. Both pool locations have the Thor Guard Lightning Prediction System. For more information on Thor Guard, click here.
Learn to Swim (Swim Lessons)
Group swim lessons are offered at the Nelson Sports Complex pool during the summer season. We offer levels 1 – 4 and Challenge/Pre-team, which is similar to levels 5 & 6. Also available is Tot classes and Parent/Tot classes. Private and Semi-Private lessons are offered at both locations.
RM Rapids Swim Team - 2011 Conference Champs!
The Rolling Meadows Rapids are Champions!!! The Rapids won the "B" Conference on July 27 by over 100 points!
With a record of 5-0 during the dual meet season, our swim team won the conference meet at Libertyville! Congratulations to all of our swimmers on being 2011 Conference Champs!
Aquatic Staff
All lifeguards at both facilities are Ellis & Associates trained and certified. Ellis & Associates is a leader in the industry of lifeguard training. Guards continue their training by participating in at least 4 hours of in-service each month during the season. Ellis conducts unannounced audits on our lifeguards 3 times during the summer to assess the quality of our program and give feedback to our management staff.
