With years of credible experience beneath our blades, our
professional staff of coaches can expertly guide you through a
complete regime. We will provide you with compassionate
encouragement and confidence as you begin your first classes. As
you progress, we will teach you the technical intricacies of
jumping and spinning. Our mission is: “To provide a thorough
skating education in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.” We’re

This
is a recreational program that allows all skaters the
opportunity to play hockey. The program includes approximately
45 hours of ice time (evaluations, practices, games and
playoffs), team jersey, socks, Renegades winter hat, game
officials, trophies, team picture, insurance, U.S.A. Hockey
membership, year-end party. The Renegade program is directed by
Bob Veller, RMPD Youth Hockey Director. Bob will concentrate on
the development of both the coaches and players in the Renegade
organization. The mites will play in-house games only, while
squirt through midgets will play in the Northwest Hockey League.

The Rolling Meadows Park District offers
several skill level divisions to fit any players ability (B, C1,
C2, H1, H2). The league is designed to provide participants with
a fun, competitive atmosphere. The league is divided into two
seasons:
Fall/Winter October thru March
Spring/Summer April thru August
Registration is taken on a team or individual basis. Each team
is guaranteed a set number of games including at least one
playoff game. Games consist of three 14 minute stop time periods
with two referees and a scorekeeper. Days and times of games are

The Rolling Meadows Park District offers
public skating at both West Meadows and Sports Complex Ice
Arenas. Take a break during your weekdays for our lunch time
skates or join us for our evening or weekend hours. Reasonably
priced, pay by session or purchase a yearly pass; it pays for

The
Fitness Center offers a full complement of Cybex variable
resistance weight machines, along with the newest forms of
aerobic equipment. Cybex has long been known for its excellence
in resistance weight machines being used by professional sports
teams, physical therapists and corporate and commercial fitness

The Nelson Sports Complex
pool features a 3-story slide, Olympic size pool with depths
ranging from 3’ to 12’, kiddie pool with umbrella water feature,
adult section with hot tub and stage area, spacious lockerroms
that include an adult sauna and shower and lockers for your
convenience. It is home of the Racing Rays Swim Team. Elliott’s
Delicatessen is available for snacks.

The
Gymnastics Center located at the Nelson Sports complex is a
fully equipment gym with state of the art equipment. The
programs range from tots to high school age levels along with a
competitive team.
