Rolling Meadows Park District has everything you need for a memorable gathering! We offer three different types of facilities for rent: banquet halls, activity rooms and conference rooms. Between our multiple spaces, we are sure that one room will fit your banquet, seminar, meeting, shower, wedding or party needs. New for 2026, we are offering exclusive Wedding and Reception Packages. All facility rentals include the use of tables, chairs, set up and take down of equipment and cleaning. Pricing for our rentals are as follows:

Community Center Great Room

Our largest and most elegant space, the Great Room is designed to impress. Featuring a spacious stage, soaring high ceilings, warm wood laminate flooring, and dimmable lighting, this room sets the perfect ambiance for weddings, receptions, performances, and large gatherings. Plum Grove Park has everything you need to prepare a memorable get-together. With both indoor and outdoor facilities, your event can be designed to accommodate up to 120 guests with any distinctive style from elegant to casual.

Activity Rooms

Community Center Laurel Room

Seats 60 Guests

Ideal for more intimate gatherings, the Laurel Room offers a cozy atmosphere with a convenient small kitchenette, making it a great choice for meetings, birthday parties, showers, and workshops.

Community Center Gymnasium

The Community Center Gymnasium features six basketball hoops--two with glass backboards. Private open gym is also available for individuals who want to work on their basketball shots, soccer cone drills and other activities. Private gym time is $25 for a 45-minute session. Time slots are Monday-Thursday at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.
