Registration Information

Registration is first come first serve. You can register the following ways:

Online Registration

Click here to register online. You need an account to register online; if you do not have an account, you can create one here. Please note that you cannot register online for preschool, R.E.C., or programs where you intend to use a payment plan due to additional paperwork needed.

Email Registration

You can email a scanned copy of your registration form to info@rmparks.org. Registration forms are available at the Rolling Meadows Park District buildings or here. Registrations received after office hours will be processed the next business day. Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Mail-In & Fax Registration

Mail-in and fax registrations will be processed on the day they are received or the next business day if the registration is received after hours. Registration forms are available at the Rolling Meadows Park District buildings or here. To process the registration, payment needs to be received. To receive resident rates, you must provide proof of residency with your registration. You will receive a confirmation call once enrollment is processed.

In-Person Registration

In-person registration will be processed on-site and your enrollment will be confirmed with a receipt. You must bring proof of residency with you to receive resident rates on programs. In-person registrations dropped off after office hours will be processed the next business day.

Payment Options

We accept cash, check and credit cards. Checks should be made out to: Rolling Meadows Park District. Your cancelled check is also your receipt.
